League City Police Department blotter, June 5
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents June 3 through the early morning hours of June 5:
BURGLARY
June 4, 5:04 p.m.: A woman reported a purse as stolen from a vehicle parked in the 800 block of North State Highway 3. A side window was reportedly broken to gain access.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
June 4, 7:59 p.m.: Richard Fuller, 41, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – third offense or more in the 3500 block of East FM 646.
FALSIFICATION OF DRUG TEST
June 3, 7:50 p.m.: Calli Kennelly, 29, was arrested on a charge of falsification of drug test results in the 100 block of South Wesley Drive.
FRAUD
June 4, 6:40 p.m.: A man reported a fake credit card was created using his account number. The fraudulent card was reportedly used to make purchases at businesses in the 200 block of South Gulf Freeway.
HARASSMENT
June 4, noon: A man living in the 4400 block of Grove Park Drive reported an unknown person called his cell phone numerous times with annoying and harassing messages.
HIT AND RUN
June 3, 11 p.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 1700 block of West FM 646. Police say the woman’s vehicle was hit while parked at a business.
INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION
June 4, 12:14 a.m.: A woman reported she was kicked and punched by her common-law spouse in the 2700 block of East FM 518. A second suspect is accused of confiscating the woman’s cell phone when she attempted to call police for help.
KIDNAPPING
June 4, 5:30 p.m.: A man and woman reported two unknown suspects held them at gunpoint in the parking lot of Taco Bell, 1755 W. Main St. The suspects reportedly demanded to be driven to Louisiana. Police say the alleged victims reported the incident the following day.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION
June 4, 2:36 a.m.: A 17-year-old male was arrested on a charge of public intoxication by a minor in the 1900 block of Bay Haven Way.
June 4, 3:12 a.m.: Shiela Castle, 32, and William Seal, 26, were arrested on charges of public intoxication in the 3000 block of Dickinson Avenue.
June 5, 1:27 a.m.: Leslie Mikus, 27, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway.
ROBBERY
June 5, 3:25 a.m.: Stephen Roman-Garza, 18, was arrested on charges of robbery with a firearm and alcohol consumption by a minor in the 1900 block of Acacia.
THEFT
June 3: A man living in the 1100 block of Breckenridge Cove Lane reported his Visa debit card number was used to make purchases without his permission.
June 3, 6:15 a.m.: A man reported a red 2001 Dodge pick-up truck as stolen in the 1600 block of South State Highway 3.
June 3, 3 p.m.: A man reported living in the 1000 block of Walnut Pointe reported his credit card was used to make online purchases without his permission.
