Seabrook man charged with third DWI
A Seabrook man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Saturday in Lakeview on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Sunday in Harris County District Court.
Kelly John Goodale, 44, of 1914 Larrabee St., Apt. 3, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He is being held at the Harris County Jail, 701 N. San Jacinto St. His court date is scheduled for June 14.
Goodale was convicted of DWI in Harris County in April 2000 and August 2004.
