Friendswood, Clear Lake residents sued over commercial lease agreement
A landlord is suing after, it says, residents of Friendswood and Clear Lake failed to pay rent for commercial space in the Braes Heights Shopping Center.
CA New Plan Fixed Rate Partnership filed a lawsuit on May 24 in the Harris County District Court against 3801 Interests, TBC Food Group, Martin Vogt of Clear Lake, Tim Johnson of Friendswood, Jon Arledge and Jesus Valencia Jr., alleging breach of lease agreement.
CA New Plan Fixed Rate Partnership says that it agreed to lease the defendants commercial space in the Braes Heights Shopping Center. According to the brief, the defendants breached this agreement by failing to pay rent and abandoning the property.
CA New Plan is seeking economic damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney J. Robin Lindley.
