Delicious food and noble causes at Double Dave’s Pizzaworks

Double Dave’s Pizzaworks holds delivering quality, fresh and delicious food to its customers to the highest priority, but every now and then something else takes center attention for a short amount of time.

On May 24, the pizza chain held a fundraiser for a League City Police Officer suffering from a rare form of cancer.

On February 14th, a large mass was found in Carl Stoddard’s abdominal area. He was sent for a CT scan that Friday and on Saturday, he was told that he had cancer. Carl has cancer throughout his body and has stage four Leiomyosarcoma which is very rare. He has begun treatment but needs help with the medical bills, something Double Dave’s was more than happy to help with.
