Friendswood ISD to offer students credits by examination
Friendswood ISD has recently announced that the deadlines for enrolling in Credit by Exam tests are May 25 and June 7.
Credit by Examination allows kindergarten through fifth-grade students who earn a 90 percent or higher on all tests to advance to the next grade level without prior instruction. Students interested in this option will be tested in science, mathematics, social studies and language arts.
Students in sixth and seventh grade who would like to advance a grade level in math may also register for Credit by Exam, according to the press release.
