Clear Creek ISD announces graduation plans for high schools

The Clear Creek ISD recently announced the date, time and location for the graduation ceremonies for each campus.

Clear Springs High School’s graduation will be held on Thursday, June 2, at 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium, located at 2305 E. Main in League City.

Clear Lake High School’s graduation will be held on Friday, June 3, at 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Clear Brook High School’s graduation will be held on Saturday, June 4, at 9:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Clear Horizons Early College High School’s graduation will be held on Saturday, June 4, at 2 p.m. at the Clear Falls High School Auditorium, located at 4380 Village Way in League City.

Clear Creek High School’s graduation will be held on Saturday, June 4, at 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Clear View Education Center’s graduation will be held on Sunday, June 5, at 2 p.m. at the Clear Falls High School Auditorium.

To ease traffic flow at Veterans Memorial Stadium, “Park and Ride” will be available for parents and guests at Goforth Elementary, League City Intermediate and Clear Springs High School beginning at 7:30 a.m. for the morning events and 5:30 p.m. for the evening events. Every 10 minutes, buses will transport guests to and from the graduation site. People should park their vehicle and walk to the bus ramp. Additional handicapped parking has been designated on site at Clear Creek High School and the stadium.

All noise makers, including bells, whistles, air horns and electronic noise makers are strictly prohibited and will not be permitted in the stadium.

A decision to implement the rain plan will be made between the hours of noon and 2 p.m. the day of graduation. The district website, www.ccisd.net, will have current graduation information in the “Parent/Student” link. The Communication Hotline, 281-284-0027, will also be updated with the appropriate information.

If it should rain, each high school graduation ceremony will be held in two sessions and will take place in the Carlisle Field House, located at 2929 Bay Area Blvd.
