Clear Creek ISD reports 78 early voters

Early voting two Clear Creek ISD board races drew 52 people from District 2 and 26 from District 4, according to data released after early voting ended Tuesday.

"I did look at last year's numbers, and within those districts, it's very, very comparable to what we [saw in previous years]," says Melinda Perales, who serves as CCISD's early-voting clerk.

In 2010, a total of 294 people voted early, but that number is higher because the races included one for At-Large Position B, which Ann Hammond won.
