Bales School honors Friendswood woman as Teacher of the Year
Piper German, a fourth-grade teacher at Zue S. Bales Intermediate, was recently named Teacher of the Year at the school.
A native of Indiana, German attended the University of Houston for a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology. She has lived in Friendswood for 35 years with her husband, Paul. Their two sons are Friendswood High School graduates.
