Webster man charged with third DWI
A Webster man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Saturday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Sunday in Harris County District Court.
Michael James Tarlton, 54, 323 Travis St., is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He's been released from jail on a $10,000 bond, according to court records.
Tarlton was convicted of DWI in Harris County in November 1987 and April 1991.
