League City Police Department blotter, May 1

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents April 29 through the early hours of May 1:

BURGLARY
April 29, 5 a.m.: A man reported property as stolen from a shed in the 2700 block of Oklahoma Avenue. A window was reportedly forced open to gain access.

April 30, 7:40 a.m.: A man reported several firearms as stolen from a truck parked in the 2300 block of South Gulf Freeway.

May 1, 2:45 a.m.: A man reported a firearm and iPad as stolen from a vehicle parked at a home in the 900 block of South Illinois Avenue.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
April 30, 11:20 a.m.: A woman reported a 15-year-old female used a baseball bat to damage a brake light on a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Meadow Wood Court.

April 30: A woman reported a glass patio door as shattered at her home in the 800 block of Third Street.

April 30, 3:27 p.m.: A woman reported landscape lighting as damaged in the back yard of her home in the 2500 block of South Shore Boulevard.

April 30: A man reported a black Infiniti car as damaged while parked in the 200 block of Morningside Drive. An unknown person reportedly scratched the vehicle’s paint in several places.

DRUGS
April 30, 3:11 a.m.: Corey Arabie, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and a minor driving under the influence in the 100 block of Rustic Oaks Drive. Steve Cruser, 25, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

May 1, 1:26 a.m.: Ian Sheldon, 22, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 1400 block of West League City Parkway.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
April 30, 11:43 p.m.: Tory Herrick, 33, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 1600 block of West League City Parkway.

THEFT
April 29: A man reported a catalytic converter as stolen in the 2700 block of Jeb Stuart Drive.

April 29, 11:30 a.m.: A woman living in the 2000 block of West Marina Bay Drive reported $150 as stolen from a bank account.

April 30, 3:27 p.m.: A man reported an electrical cord as stolen from a boat slip in the 2500 block of South Shore Boulevard.

April 30, 4:08 a.m.: Ashley Jones, 23, and Cory Long, 26, were arrested on charges of theft of service in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway.
