League City Police Department blotter, May 2

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents May 1 through the early hours of May 2:

BURGLARY
May 1, 8:19 a.m.: A man reported $2,000 worth of electrical hand tools and testing meters as stolen from the covered bed of a truck parked in the driveway of a home in the 2100 block of South Williamsburg Court.

May 1, 12:30 p.m.: A woman reported a burglary of her vehicle parked in a parking lot in the 400 block of West FM 646.

May 1, 12:40 p.m.: A woman reported the front passenger door lock was damaged in an attempt to gain access into a vehicle parked at a home in the 2000 block of Redwood Drive.

May 2, 12:22 a.m.: A man reported property as stolen from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South Laguna Pointe Drive. Police say the vehicle had possibly been left unlocked.

HIT AND RUN
May 1, 8:58 p.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 200 block of North Calypso Lane. The driver of an unknown vehicle reportedly backed into a white Toyota Tacoma parked on the street. The driver allegedly left the area without stopping to provide the necessary information.

May 2, 1 a.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 3600 block of West Main Street.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
May 2, 2:40 a.m.: Gary Nobles, 25, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2700 block of East League City Parkway.

May 2, 3:26 a.m.: Samantha Lambert, 28, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 1700 block of East League City Parkway.

May 2, 3:39 a.m.: Albert Cortez-Vallejo, 30, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2200 block of South Gulf Freeway.
