Spring Valley company sued over network cables for Clear Creek School District project
A technology services company is suing a Spring Valley business over goods and services provided for a Clear Creek Independent School District Educational Village project in League City.
Netversant Solutions filed a lawsuit on April 25 in the Harris County District Court against Pieper-Houston Electric LP, of Spring Valley, and Pieper Electric LLC, alleging breach of contract.
Netversant Solutions says it sold the defendants cables for local area networks to be used for a Clear Creek Independent School District Educational Village project, located at 3001 Lawrence Road in League City. According to the brief, the defendants have damaged Netversant in the sum of $201,165.71 by failing to pay for these goods and services as promised.
Netversant is seeking all damages to which it is entitled, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney John Herberger.
