Webster shuttle company accuses insurance agent of fraud
Texas Star Shuttle, of Webster, filed a lawsuit on April 20 in the Harris County District Court against Richard Grice, alleging negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and theft.
The plaintiff says that it has been defrauded by Grice, an insurance agent, for many years. According to the brief, Grice sells fake and underinsured policies, taking Texas Star Shuttle’s money and never delivering the insurance as promised.
Texas Star Shuttle is seeking all damages to which it is entitled and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney M.T. Sandoval.
