Who: Lamar Consolidated (2 seed, 4-5) vs. Friendswood(1 seed, 7-3).
When: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12.
Where: Friendswood High School's Henry Winston Stadium. Parking's limited so consider taking shuttle from Westwood Elementary. Shuttle services start at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets at the gate: $7 for adults, $6 for students.

It will be like combative-and-competitive old friends getting together when Friendswood hosts Lamar Consolidated in the 4A-III Division I bi-district playoffs.
We're going to butt heads again, and even though their record isn't really what they're accustomed to, it's going to be a battle," Friendswood coach Steve Van Meter said. You look at Lamar Consolidated and wonder how did these kids lose that many games? They are fast and big all over the field, and it's going to be tough."
The teams have met in recent years in the regular season and/or playoffs, and most recently when Friendswood stopped Lamar Consolidated 28-24 in last year's bi-district round.
