With League City continuing to receive complaints about its red-light cameras, the city has posted an informational video that demonstrates how to properly stop at intersections.
The video can be viewed here and was shot at the southbound lane of the Interstate 45 feeder at FM 518 in the westbound right-turn lane, the location with the most violations. So far, the city has received approximately 50 complaints about the red-light cameras, city spokeswoman Kristi Wyatt said.
Some people just don't understand the process, which is why we have the informational video online," Wyatt said. Hopefully, it will help people understand why they were cited or why the camera went off when they went through the light."
