KTRK: Man charged with robbing elderly League City woman
League City police have arrested one of two men they say robbed a woman at
an assisted-living apartment, Houston ABC affiliate KTRK reports.
League City and Texas City police arrested Joshua Fontenot in the 5700 block
of Woodrow Street Wednesday evening, according to a League City Police
Department statement. He is charged with aggravated robbery and burglary
with intent to commit a felony.
Detectives say on Monday, Fontenot and another suspect robbed a woman in the
1000 block of Columbia Memorial Parkway in League City. One of the suspects
kicked in her door, pointed a black handgun at her and ordered her to the
floor.
