HS girls soccer: Friendswood tops Santa Fe
Friendswood registered a 3-2 win over Santa Fe in District 43-4A girls soccer action on Friday.
Meghan Vickery paced the Mustangs with two goals in the win.
The win ups Friendswood to 12-4-2 overall and 5-0-0 in district play.
Leeann Dockall also added a goal in the win.
Friendswood will next visit Texas City on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Santa Fe to 1-1-1 overall and 0-1-0 in district play.
Kelsie Greenough scored two goals for the losing team.
Santa Fe will next host Texas City on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
