HS girls basketball: Clear Lake defeats Austin
Clear Lake routed Austin 62-45 in high school girls basketball playoff action on Tuesday.
A three-point first-quarter lead by Clear Lake gradually increased throughout the game, as the team took the win.
Clear Lake ups its record to 19-7 on the season and 11-3 in district play.
Libby Moreno scored 23 points and led her team to the win. Alex Kochner added 10.
Austin drops to 24-11 on the season and 10-3 in district play.
Pearl Ubaru registered 13 points for the losing side.
