Community theater stages 'Barefoot in the Park'
The Clear Creek Community Theatre will present its production of Neil Simon’s “Barefoot in the Park” starting Friday, Feb. 18.
Set in 1963 in a dilapidated, sixth-floor walk-up, “Barefoot in the Park” is a romantic comedy about newlyweds where one is a strait-laced attorney and the other is a spontaneous free spirit, and they must contend with a lack of heat, a skylight that leaks snow, several long flights of stairs, an oddball neighbor and a well-meaning mother-in-law.
Performances will be through Sunday, March 6, with shows on Friday and Saturday nights at 8 p.m., as well as Sunday afternoons at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $10 for groups of 10 or more.
Clear Creek Community Theatre is located at 18091 Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay.
For reservations, call 281-335-5228.
