League City Police Department blotter, Feb. 6

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Feb. 4 and the early hours of Feb. 6:

BURGLARY
Feb. 4: A woman reported her Ford Excursion as damaged in an attempt to break into the vehicle parked at 24 Hour Fitness, 2765 S. Gulf Freeway.

Feb. 4, 7:13 p.m.: A man reported a collectible coin set as stolen from his home in the 800 block of Cape Coral Court. He says access was gained through a rear window.

Feb. 6, 3:20 a.m.: An employee reported $500 as stolen from a business in the 1200 block of East Main Street. The back door was reportedly broken to gain access.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Feb. 6, 2:10 a.m.: Windell Schock, 25, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 2000 block of League City Parkway.

DRUGS
Feb. 4, 5:34 p.m.: Mary Istre, 56, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug, failure to stop and give information on a crash involving damage to a vehicle and resisting arrest in the 1600 block of West FM 646. Passenger Terry Daniels, 48, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
 
Feb. 4, 5:43 p.m.: David Collins, 61, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of East FM 646.
 
Feb. 4, 8:33 p.m.: Reginald Brown, 26, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1400 block of West Main Street.

Feb. 5, 12:31 a.m.: Ramon Betancourt, 32, was arrested on charges of manufacturing, delivery or possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug in the 20600 block of Gulf Freeway North.

Feb. 5, 4:47 p.m.: Jeffery Ivarson, 39, was arrested on a charge of possession of a dangerous drug in the 1800 block of West Cardinal Drive.

Feb. 6, 3:08 a.m.: David Villarreal was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 1600 block of West Walker Street.

HIT AND RUN
Feb. 4, 5:37 p.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 400 block of Constellation Boulevard. An unknown driver caused damage to the woman’s vehicle and then left the area without providing the necessary information.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Feb. 4, 6:26 p.m.: Bryan Heuer, 52, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 1700 block of FM 528.

Feb. 6, 12:36 a.m.: Susan Nilsen, 52, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 6000 block of West Main Street.

THEFT
Feb. 4: A man reported his cell phone was taken from his apartment in the 1700 block of FM 528 sometime between Jan. 29 and Jan. 30.

Feb. 4: A woman reported a known person stole cash from her apartment in the 3000 block of West Marina Bay Drive. The person reportedly had permission to be in the apartment at the time of the alleged theft.

Feb. 4, 9:12 p.m.: A man reported a tan Toyota Tacoma, Texas license plate 11DHC5, as stolen from a parking lot in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway.

Feb. 4, 11:27 p.m.: Karen Smith, 38, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of a dangerous drug and manufacturing, delivery or possession of a controlled substance in the 1700 block of West FM 646.

Feb. 5, 9:05 p.m.: A woman reported several 10 mg Hydrocodone tablets missing from her home in the 1800 block of Wren Drive.

VANDALISM
Feb. 5, 11 a.m.: Five fence planks were reported as damaged on a fence that separates two homes in the 5100 block of Carefree Drive.
