Spirit of Texas Bank buys Clear Lake branch

Spirit of Texas Bank has taken over Third Coast Bank's Clear Lake branch location.
Spirit of Texas Bank, which operates out of College Station and the rural Texas town of Snook, struck a deal in June to buy the branch at 1010 Bay Area Boulevard as well as one on the Southwest Freeway.
With the recent completion of the acquisition, Spirit of Texas Bank now has five locations and plans to open another near the Galleria later this month.
