Man treated for burns after rescue in Clear Lake fire
A house fire in the Clear Lake area Thursday evening sent one person to the hospital, Houston Fire Department officials confirmed.
The victim was pulled from a house that caught fire about 8:15 p.m. along Lake Lodge and Bay Forest, Houston Fire Department officials said.
HPD paramedics performed CPR on the victim, who was later taken to an area hospital in unknown condition, officials said.
An HFD spokeswoman said there were no reports of any fatalities from the blaze.
The fire was later brought under control but remains under investigation, officials said.
