HS girls soccer: Dickinson defeats Pearland
Dickinson toppled Pearland 3-0 in District 24-5A high school girls soccer action on Tuesday.
Goals by Megan Manis, Kati Betancourt and Devon Smith led Dickinson to the win.
The win ups Dickinson to 8-4-5 on the season and 2-0-1 in district play.
Netminder Carlyn Neubauer had four saves on her way to keeping Pearland scoreless.
Dickinson will next host Alvin on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss brings Pearland to 1-7-1 on the season and 0-2-0 in district play.
Pearland will next visit Clear Creek on Friday at 7 p.m.
