February 3 – Epicurean Evening | Nassau Bay
Hundreds of folks from the bay area and beyond filled Space Center Houston for A Taste of Space. More than 40 restaurants presented and served samples of their wonderful cuisine. It was an evening to try everything from Cajun Crawfish Etouffe, from the Paradise Reef in South Shore Harbour Resort, to totally addicting Infused Chocolate Cake Balls, from the Colosseum Italian Restaurant and Catering; from wonderful Ahi Sliders served by the folks at the Houston, NASA, Clear Lake Hilton to creative sushi rolls from Red Sushi & Hibachi Grill. There was absolutely no food shortage on this night and to top it all off, wonderful Santa Carolina Chilean wines, sponsored by Yellow Book and ServPro, were served throughout the evening.
