Women's heart health luncheon set for Feb. 25 in League City
The No. 1 killer of women is at the heart of a League City luncheon scheduled for February.
League City recently announced that its 2010-11 “Go Red” luncheon, benefiting the American Heart Association, will take place on Feb. 25.
Dedicated to heightening women’s awareness of heart disease, the luncheon will feature author and international speaker, Linda Larsen, CSP; stories from women who have survived heart disease; and information from experts about the No. 1 killer of women.
Activities scheduled include a silent auction and wine tastings.
This event begins at 10 a.m. on Feb. 25 at South Shore Harbor, 2500 South Shore Blvd., in League City. Tickets cost $75 per person.
