League City Police Department blotter, Jan. 31
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Jan. 30 and the early hours of Jan. 31:
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Jan. 31, 2:43 a.m.: Manuel Hernandez, 26, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated near the intersection of IH 45 South and Hughes Road.
DRUGS
Jan. 30, 9:52 p.m.: Anthony Simmons, 27, Richard Thornton, 24, and Kaitlen Brennan, 18, were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of West FM 646.
FRAUD
Jan. 30, 4:06 p.m.: A woman reported an unknown person used her credit card information to make two purchases without her permission at the League City Municipal Court, 2012 E. Main St. The credit card was also used to make purchases at an Exxon station, Power Mart and Raceway service station in League City.
MISSING PERSON
Jan. 30, 1 p.m.: A female was reported as missing from the 2800 block of Custer Drive. She was reportedly last seen Jan. 28.
PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION
Jan. 30, 5:48 p.m.: Brandon Booth, 26, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order in the 300 block of Stonewall Drive. He is accused of violating an order in effect for two people living at that address.
