Free bluegrass show to entertain League City
The James King Band
The Bay Area Bluegrass Association will hold a live bluegrass music show on Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Johnny Arolfo Civic Center.
The show will feature White Dove, a renowned bluegrass gospel group, and special guests The James King Band. Texas Harmony will open the show.
Jamming starts at 4:30 p.m. and the stage shows start at 7 p.m. There will be three additional rooms for jam sessions this month.
There will be no smoking and no alcohol, but raffles will be held, bluegrass CDs and merchandise will be sold, and there will be food and family entertainment.
The Johnny Arolfo Civic Center is located at 300 W. Walker Street.
