BURGLARY:
Dec. 28: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Porta Rosa Lane. The owner reported the vehicle was broken into on the night of Dec. 21 or in the early hours of Dec. 22.

FRAUD:
Dec. 28: A man living in the 2500 block of Clifton Ferry Drive reported his personal identification was used to obtain credit without his permission.

Dec. 28: A man living in the 900 block of West FM 517 reported his personal information was used to open a digital cable account without his permission. The fraudulent account was allegedly opened between Sept. 1 and Nov. 29.

HARBORING A FELON:
Dec. 28, 3:01 p.m.: Jarvis Cockfield, 31, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension of a known felon in the 600 block of Moody Avenue.

HIT AND RUN:
Dec. 28, 11:18 p.m.: A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 100 block of North Gulf Freeway. Police say a driver hit another vehicle while making a turn and did not stop to provide necessary information.

THEFT:
Dec. 28, 12:30 p.m.: A satellite dish was reported as stolen from outside an apartment in the 1400 block of East Marine Bay Drive.

Dec. 28: A cell phone was reported as stolen from a woman at Molly’s Pub, 1600 W. Main St. The phone was reportedly taken on Nov. 6 by a person known to the victim.

VANDALISM:
Dec. 28, 8 a.m.: A vehicle was reported as vandalized in the 2200 block of Longspur Lane. Eggs were reportedly thrown at the vehicle while it was parked in front of a home.
