Webster taking bids for Civic Center renovations
The City of Webster is currently taking bids for renovations at its Civic
Center, 311 Pennsylvania Ave.
"We're actually looking to have all the floors removed and replaced," says
John Warnement, Assistant Director of Public Works. The city estimates the
project will cost up to $60,000, Warnement says.
The project also includes painting, wallpaper removal, and replacing some
chair rails. Contractors can submit bids for the contract until Jan. 4.
Warnement hopes to recommend a bid to the City Council on Jan. 18.
