Eat meat to fight cancer at Tradicao today
The 2011 Livestrong Texas 4000 Team presents its kickoff event at the Webster-area Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28.
Guests will receive all-you-can-eat Brazilian meats and appetizers for $16.99 while enjoying live music and a silent auction. All proceeds go toward cancer research.

The Texas 4000 is the longest annual charity bike ride in the world. Pedaling over 4,500 miles, approximately 50 students from the University of Texas ride from Austin to Anchorage, Alaska, to raise hope, awareness and charity. Its next event will be March 5.
