Friendswood PD investigating burglaries

Friendswood Police are investigating three break-ins reported in just two days.

The first burglary was reported on Dec. 14 at 3:40 p.m. in the 500 block of Appleblossom. The homeowner told officers the front door was kicked in, and televisions and a gun were taken from inside the house.

On Dec. 15 at 7:30 a.m., an alarm at a home in the 100 block of Royal Court alerted officers to another burglary. When police arrived, they discovered someone had kicked in the door and stolen electronics from inside the house.

Friendswood Police are also investigating a vehicle burglary in the 5000 block of Shady Oaks that was reported on Dec. 15 at 7:58 a.m.

Officers say that a possible suspect vehicle has been seen in the area. It is described as a gold or tan, older model Cadillac or similar style vehicle that was reportedly occupied by two Hispanic males.
