Friendswood police arrest Alvin man on DWI charge
The Friendswood Police Department reported that on Dec. 15, a man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Officer Q. Pearson reported that 26-year-old Theodore Lamp was found to be driving while intoxicated on his red, 2009 HD motorcycle at the 1900 block of FM 528.
Officer J. Kimbell assisted.
