League City Police Department blotter, Dec. 15
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Dec. 12 and Dec. 15:
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
Dec. 14, 4:06 a.m.: Joshua Zepeda, 19, was arrested on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 100 block of Davis Road.
ASSAULT:
Dec. 12: Two men reported a black male entered their home in the 400 block of Waco Avenue. The men, who were home at the time, say an assault occurred.
BURGLARY:
Dec. 12: A woman reported someone broke the window and stole a purse from inside her vehicle while it was parked in the 1200 block of East League City Parkway.
Dec. 12: A homeowner reported someone entered her home in the 100 block of Colony Lake Lane without her permission.
Dec. 13: The owner of a BMW reported the windshield was shattered and a purse was stolen from inside the vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of Westover Park Avenue. The owner also reported her credit cards had been used without her permission following the break-in.
Dec. 13: A homeowner reported a laptop computer and a Smith & Wesson handgun were stolen from her house in the 2500 block of West Marina Bay Drive. She reported the front door had been pried open to gain entry.
Dec. 13: A homeowner reported someone broke into his home in the 100 block of Byron Avenue and removed several items.
Dec. 13: A homeowner reported jewelry, a 46-inch flat screen television, a Nintendo Wii and five Wii games were stolen from her house in the 1400 block of East Marina Bay Drive. She reported the front door of the home was pried open to allow entry between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m
Dec. 14: A homeowner reported a person kicked in the door of his home in the 700 block of Seminole Drive. The homeowner reported his son was inside the house at the time.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Dec. 13, 10:57 a.m.: Susan McCammon, 43, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1100 block of West Main Street.
DRUGS:
Dec. 14, 8:23 a.m.: A 17-year-old female was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession in the 1100 block of South SH 3.
Dec. 13, 1:27 a.m.: Jake Spaulding, 19, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 2200 block of West Marina Bay Drive.
FRAUD:
Dec. 13: A woman reported someone used her identifying information to conduct fraudulent business with the Social Security Administration.
Dec. 13: A woman living in the 1500 block of Pearl Street reported someone used her name and social security number without her permission to obtain cable and electricity services.
Dec. 13: A woman living in the 1700 block of FM 528 reported she was mailed a check with instructions to send a portion of the payment out via Western Union. After sending money, the woman says she learned the check was counterfeit.
Dec. 13: A man living in the 1700 block of FM 646 reported someone used his credit card to make purchases at a business without his permission.
Dec. 14: A man living in the 1400 block of O’Bannon Road reported his identity was stolen and used in Pennsylvania.
HARASSMENT:
Dec. 12: A woman living in the 400 block of Folk Crest Lane reported she received annoying and harassing text messages from an acquaintance.
MISSING PERSON:
Dec. 12: A 17-year-old female was reported missing from a home in the 2200 block of Castle Bay Drive.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION:
Dec. 13, 10:24 pm.: Kelly Schiller, 47, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2100 block of North Yorktown Court.
THEFT:
Dec. 12: A man reported his laptop was stolen during a gathering at his home in the 2300 block of South Lake Drive.
Dec. 13, 1:27 p.m.: William Finley, 26, was arrested on a theft charge in the 1600 block of West FM 646.
Dec. 14: A woman reported her wallet and checkbook were stolen while she was in Walmart, 1701 W. FM 646.
Dec. 14: A homeowner reported several items were stolen by a man hired to clean her home in the 1300 block of Oceanside Lane.
Dec. 14: A woman reported a person used a lock-punching device to break into her vehicle that was parked in the 2900 block of West Marina Bay Drive between 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 13.
VANDALISM:
Dec. 13: The owner of a BMW reported a key was used to scratch the side of the vehicle. He also reported the tail lamp was broken on the BMW while it was parked in the 1000 block of Wilburn Street.
