HS boys basketball: Clear Lake defeats MacArthur
Clear Lake defeated MacArthur in boys high school basketball on Tuesday.
Clear Lake won the game 84-59, moving it to 6-6 on the season. Robert Lewis had a game-high 22 points in the victory. Gabe Labespere scored 12 points, and Paris Clayton and Colton Krenek each added 10 points in the win.
A Friday afternoon visit from Pasadena Memorial is up next for Clear Lake. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped MacArthur to 4-9 on the season. Alex Flores scored a team-high 18 points in the loss and Terrell Guy added 12 points for MacArthur.
Aldine pays MacArthur a visit on Friday. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.
