Santa to greet children in Stevenson Park this Saturday

Keep Friendswood Beautiful will hold its third annual “Santa in the Park” event on Saturday, Dec. 11, at Stevenson Park, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

This free event includes activities like professional pictures with Santa Claus, a snow hill, play areas with 40,000 pounds of snow, train rides, a coloring contest, a movie in the park, local performers and pet adoptions.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase and guests are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Friendswood Police Department's Blue Santa program.
