Baytown man charged with cocaine possession in Webster
The Webster Police Department reported that on Nov. 28, a man was arrested on charges of cocaine possession and evading arrest.
Officer J. Edge reported that at 2:10 a.m., 29-year-old Derral Lattimore was discovered driving his 2006 Nissan Pathfinder erratically through the parking lot of Bikini Beach, entering Frontage Road without turning on his headlights. Edge says that when he attempted to stop Lattimore, he fled. Lattimore's vehicle was eventually stopped by police, where they reported finding cocaine.
Officers Phan, Vaughn, Bassett and Rincones assisted.
