Dickinson resident arrested on multiple charges

The Webster Police Department reported that during a traffic stop at the 700 block of West Nasa Bypass, which occurred on Oct. 31 at approximately 2:20 p.m., a suspect was arrested and charged with driving without a license and possession of a substance in penalty group 3.

Officer J.G. Lester reported that he observed the suspect violate a traffic violation.  Upon contact, he learned the driver, 30-year-old Jesse Christopher Winas, was driving with a suspended license. He also discovered Winas was in possession of illegal drugs.  

It was reported that Winas, from Dickinson, was found with the narcotics Vicodin and Xanax. He was driving a 2006 white Chevy Silverado at the time.
