Friendswood PD charges woman with prescription fraud
The Friendswood Police Department charged a woman with prescription fraud, a third-degree felony, on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 4:38 p.m.
Taunie McCormick, 51, passed a photocopied prescription slip at the HEB pharmacy, 701 W. Parkwood, on Sept. 16.
McCormick is accused of using a physicians DEA number and forging their signature to get a prescription of norco, a generic form of hydrocodone.
