Health risk corrected at local bistro
Signature Bistro Restaurant was recently corrected by local health inspectors on an unspecified unhygienic practice occurring in their restaurant.
Although Harris County considers this a violation associated with the spread of food-borne illness, the total number of violations was not high enough to warrant a return visit from inspectors or any further action.
The restaurant, located at 1918 Nasa Pkwy, in Seabrook, Texas had similar problems with health inspectors in May of this year.
During their most recent inspection, Signature Bistro received a score of 14, with 0 being the best and 100 being the worst. Only those establishments with a score of 20 or higher are considered to be of concern and worth a follow up visit from inspectors.
