Friendswood holds NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition
More than 50 participants took part in the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick competition hosted by the City of Friendswood Community Services Department on Sept. 30 at Centennial Park.
For the girls' competition, the winners were Jennifer Hill, age 8/9, Jessica Hill, age 10/11 and Valerie Dobbard, age 12/13.
The winners of the boys' competition were Micah Barnett, age 6/7, Jericho Haardt, age 8/9, Julian LeGrant, 10/11 and Derek Krouse, age 12/13.
The seven first place winners will now moved on to the Gulf Coast Sectional competition that was held Saturday, Oct. 16 in Texas City.
