Magnolia Creek pipeline permit request withdrawn
A request for special use permits that would have allowed drilling and a pipeline in the Magnolia Creek area of League City has been withdrawn from the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council agendas, according to a City of League City release.
The applicant requested the withdrawal of consideration, so there will not be any public hearings on the matter, according to the city.
