Webster DJ charged with unlawful restraint
The Nassau Bay Police Department responded to an incident at the 100 block of the Surf Court Apartments on Oct. 11, at approximately 8:10 p.m.
Officer N.C. Varner reported that there was a disturbance at the apartment complex, which resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Gregg Christopher Pate. He was charged with unlawful restraint. The victim was 35-year-old Lisa Renae Pate.
Pate is an unemployed DJ from Webster.
