Hit-and-run on 45 Freeway
League City Police responded to a hit and run at the 2100 S IH 45 Freeway at approximately 1:17 p.m. Sunday.
Officer J.C. Clifton reported that a vehicle struck another vehicle and fled the scene without providing information.
The victim, Jose Luis Vargas, was driving a 2000 gray Toyota Celica.
