Man arrested, charged with driving with invalid license
League City Police arrested a man and charged him with driving with an invalid license in the 2000 block of W. Main St. in League City on Oct. 9 at 6:10 p.m.
James Cecil Gotchar, 43, of the 6700 block of River Ridge Lane, Dickinson Texas, was driving on W. Main St. in League City, when his 1998 Ford Mustang was stopped by Officer J. A. Goldman.
Gotchar was arrested when his license was found to be expired. He is charged with driving while license invalid - class B.
Michael Brian Carroll, 38, was a passenger in the vehicle and was not charged in the incident.
