"Wet pebble stones" lead to fall, lawsuit
A woman is suing her condominium's property manager after she slipped and fell on wet pebble stones.
Tara Miller filed suit in Harris County District Court on Sept. 22, claiming the El Dorado Trace Condominium Association failed to keep the premises of its Webster condominium property safe.
In her suit, Miller claims she was seriously injured as a result of wet pebble stones and a tree root that was blocking a poorly lighted path.
It was the responsibility of the condominium, she claims, to be sure the path was clear and well lit.
Miller is being represented by Pasadena attorney Albert Lee Giddens. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney's fees.
