Builder incentives featured at Tuscan Lakes homes tour

Builder incentives and a new model home will highlight Tuscan Lakes’ Open Homes Tour.

Tuscan Lakes, Clear Lake’s premier master-planned community, will present builder incentives up to $10,000; tours of its six model homes, including a new model from Westin Homes; and the chance to win an incredible weekend getaway during its Open Homes Tour, running through Saturday, Oct. 13.

Purchase a new home in Tuscan Lakes from Westin, Pulte or D.R. Horton and receive $10,000 toward design center options. Families who purchase a new home in Tuscan Lakes from Newmark will receive $7,500 in closing costs.

Purchase an inventory home in Tuscan Lakes from Castlerock and receive free blinds, stainless steel appliances, a fully sodded yard and irrigation system, plus a $1,000 Visa gift card. While at the Open Homes Tour, visitors can register to win an incredible weekend getaway package: a two-night stay at Houston’s Hotel ZaZa with a spa and restaurant package, along with the free use of a Fiat courtesy of Fiat of Clear Lake.
