Clear Lake City's Walk for Compassion with Companions was a fund-raiser for the Hospice Compassus Foundation. The walk at Sylvan Rodriguez Park was organized by a Clear Lake woman who wanted to honor the memory of her mother-in-law and include her constant companion, a West Highland Terrier named Lyric.
