A woman suspected of prostitution was arrested at a massage parlor in a NASA Parkway strip mall at El Camino Real. Webster police said they also arrested the parlor's owner and another woman over licensing.

APAPMaybe you've seen the street signs declaring Webster a bird sanctuary. That means if you're inside the city limits, you can't capture or kill birds of any kind. This week, however, the city decided to make a lone exception for Muscovy ducks. Those would be the ones that poop on lawns and trample landscaping.
