The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following July 9 incidents:

Roxana Connie Puente, 26, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred near 600 6th Street, Kemah, Texas.

Carl Lafayette Montgomery, 27, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public. The incident occurred near Gordy Road, Bacliff, Texas.

Jerri Lynn Bowen, 42, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

John Carl Wands, 62, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public, m. The incident occurred near 545 Grand Avenue, Bacliff, Texas.

Williams Barrett Gailey, 37, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public, m. The incident occurred near 310 Texas Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

Steven Allen Lee, 39, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public, m. The incident occurred near 200 Texas Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Richard Lee McDaniel, 65, for allegedly failed to drive in single lane (1100002083) near 4800 Hannas Reef Drive, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated was reported at 623 6th Street, Kemah, Texas.

An incident involving found property (not stolen) was reported at 5014 Chase Ct Drive, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving assault was reported at 4430 17th Street, Bacliff, Texas.

Friendswood Police Department arrests, July 9

The following arrests were made by the Friendswood Police Department on July 9.

Cole Mankin, 34, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of assault by contact and public intoxication. Mankin was born on May 11, 1977.

The Friendswood Police Department arrested 21-year-old Eric Nanez on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Nanez was born on January 14, 1990.

Webster Police Department arrests, July 9

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on July 9.

Brady Arnold was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. Arnoldâ€™s date of birth is October 18, 1992.

The Webster Police Department arrested 21-year-old Jazmine Butler on charges of shoplifting. Butler was born on December 5, 1989.

The Webster Police Department arrested 26-year-old Amanda Dishongh on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Dishongh was born on September 19, 1984.

Nikeya Freeman, 19, was arrested in Webster on charges of shoplifting. Freeman was born on August 1, 1991.

The Webster Police Department arrested 38-year-old Mincey Clark on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct (exposing genitals). Clark was born on October 25, 1972.

Philip Wattel, 45, was arrested in Webster on charges of driving with an invalid license (b). Wattel was born on April 24, 1966.

Montgomery County arrests, July 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on July 9:

Javier Hernandez Jr., of 5419 Imperial Grove Drive, Houston, TX 77066, was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES and driving with an invalid license and previous conviction.

Wilfred Joseph Labbe was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND and driving while intoxicated 2nd. Labbe's address is listed as 4119 Belgrade, Houston, TX 77045.

Lee Dell Nard, of 750 Inwood Park Drive, Houston, TX 77088, was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ <2OZ and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Steve Pina, of 915 Melbourne St., Houston, TX 77022, was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ <2OZ and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).
