The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following July 31 incidents:

Emilio Londo Leon, 32, was arrested on charges of assault (by threats). The incident occurred near 4700 5th Street, Bacliff, Texas.

Brent Alan Mays, 39, was arrested on charges of failed to drive in single lane. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Michael Aaron Meier, 42, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred near 200 Farm-To-Market Road 2094, Kemah, Texas.

Peter Gibson Matranga, 49, was arrested on charges of failed to maintain fin. responsibility-2nd. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Jerime Deon Johnson, 21, was arrested on charges of driving while license invalid. The incident occurred near 207 Pennsylvania Avenue, Webster, Texas.

Ramiro P Leal, 26, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Felicia Nicole Robinson, 23, was arrested on charges of terroristic threat of family, household. The incident occurred near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Saturnino Lopez, 35, was arrested on charges of being intoxicated in public, m. The incident occurred near Bradford Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

Alejandro Lopez, 18, was arrested on charges of minor consuming alcoholic beverage, m. The incident occurred near Bradford Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

Yajaira Montoya, 17, was arrested on charges of minor consuming alcoholic beverage, m. The incident occurred near Bradford Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

Azareth Torres, 17, was arrested on charges of minor consuming alcoholic beverage, m. The incident occurred near Bradford Avenue, Kemah, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Joshua August Schmidt, 21, for allegedly speeding >10% above posted limit near 1924 Highway 146, Seabrook, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Steven Kyle Patterson, 38, for allegedly speeding >10% above posted limit near 3700 Farm To Market 646, League City, Texas.

An incident involving liquor law violations was reported at 200 Farm-To-Market Road 2094, Kemah, Texas.

An incident involving assault was reported at 500 10th Street, Kemah, Texas.

Montgomery County arrests, July 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on July 31:

In Hyug Choi was arrested on alleged charges of ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ and assault causing bodily injury. Choi's address is listed as 101 Hollow Tree Lane, Houston, TX 77090.

Andrew Josep Fontenot, of 3910 Sherwood Lane, Houston, TX 77092, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Jose Santos Funez was arrested on alleged charges of EVADING ARREST DETENTION, evading arrest or detention, INS/IMMIGRATION and an INS immigration violation. Funez's address is listed as 315 Benmar 45, Houston, TX 77060.

Mario Antonio Garza, of 917 E. Wellington, Houston, TX 77076, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Kathleen Loui Griffin was arrested on alleged charges of BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED and boating while intoxicated. Griffin's address is listed as 1925 Lexington St., Houston, TX 77098.

Friendswood Police Department arrests, July 31

The following arrests were made by the Friendswood Police Department on July 31.

Julian Garcia, 20, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of possession of marijuana. Garcia was born on September 11, 1990.

Michael Hill, 17, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of assault by contact. Hill was born on February 15, 1994.

Jessica Mares was arrested on charges of driving under the influence (minor). Maresâ€™s date of birth is January 14, 1991.

The Friendswood Police Department arrested 27-year-old Medrano Mariana on charges of possession of a substance in penalty group 3. Mariana was born on August 14, 1983.

Mario Soto, 37, was arrested in Friendswood on charges of public intoxication. Soto was born on October 8, 1973.

Joshua Tagle was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. Tagleâ€™s date of birth is January 12, 1987.

League City Police Department arrests, July 31

The following arrests were made by the League City Police Department on July 31.

The League City Police Department arrested 42-year-old August Kuchar on charges of a warrant for driving with an invalid license and a warrant for failure to appear. Kuchar was born on December 4, 1968.

Leon Manrique was arrested on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges. Manriqueâ€™s date of birth is July 27, 1981.

Ricardo Romero, 24, was arrested in League City on charges of a warrant for speeding (51 mph in a 35 mph zone), possession of drug paraphernalia, not possessing a driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor). Romero was born on September 12, 1986.
